  If I could give a rating of less than zero i would. Absolutely the most unprofessional and uncaring place I have ever dealt with. With the passing of my father in March and never having to deal with something of this nature my family had purchased several plots in this cemetary some 40 years ago.
  I understand that the ownership has changed hands several timessince then, when we met with the woman that was told to handle our arrangenments , she took us into a very small room with dirty carpets dingy curtains and a smell straight from the local landfill.
  The woman also had an odor that was very offensive.and other than that the woman had told the entire family would get a keepsake and we were asked to provide each persons address to send the keepsake to. well a month went by and we have finally started to receive the keepsake and I can speak for the entire family ..... they could have kept the keepsake....it was very disappointing . The keepsake was worded as if we just participated in the service not as if we were the family,.In closing If you havae a choice try and pick a different cemetary. There has to be a more professional place to remember your loved ones in this area.

  I called today and talked to a Karen about the vase that was off my nephews grave, and i really want to thank her for finding out for me. She went and checked immediately and called back quickly. It was reaplied and thankful for that. Thanks again Karen!!!
